~sosh is a frictionless, mobile-first social planning tool powered by advanced conversational AI, designed to bridge the gap between casual group chat conversations and real-world hangouts. Operating entirely outside traditional app ecosystems, it removes the heavy lifting from casual socializing by offering a web-based, zero-onboarding experience that requires no user accounts, profile creation, or data commitment. Time and Privacy is respected by letting you engage on your own terms. To maintain a secure space free from bots and bad actors, we use a seamless photo verification instead of invasive data collection. It’s the fastest way to join a safe, trusted social circle. ~sosh acts as a neutral third-party facilitator that lowers the social stakes of proposing a plan.
At its core, the platform leverages psychological safety through anonymity. When a user creates a "sosh"—a plan capped at a maximum of three participants—group chat members can join the planning space anonymously to vote on activities or explore locations. ~sosh purposefully strips away the rigid friction of reservation systems, focusing instead on real-time discovery. The platform’s engine suggests local venues—spanning dinners, drinks, films, or dancing—based on free, unreserved availability within a specific area, ensuring spontaneity remains intact.
The Three-person format serves as both the product’s core user experience and its built-in monetization engine. While casual, intimate hangouts remain entirely free, larger group dynamics serve as the natural trigger for the platform’s monetization phase. Ultimately, ~sosh functions as the ultimate social ice-breaker: a secure, hyper-localized space to create plans, share links, or organically join active, nearby itineraries without ever forcing a commitment.

Why the ~ Tilde?
The tilde (~) was chosen as the logo because it perfectly captures the spirit of spontaneous planning. Visually, its organic wave mimics the idea of "going with the flow," while mathematically, it represents an approximation.

The future of ~sosh belongs to teens—reimagined as a vibrant, positive social playground built exclusively for the next generation. By shifting the focus to a student-only ecosystem, replacing cold, unsafe public feeds with hyper-local, high-trust communities. To deliver on this promise without sacrificing our signature "go with the flow" spontaneity, ~sosh will utilize direct school portal integration for instant, friction-free onboarding. This ensures that every user is a verified student, automatically keeping it teens only while keeping sensitive personal data completely private. It’s a safe, digital neighborhood where teens can confidently coordinate last-minute hangouts, find their crowd, and turn screen time into real-world connection, securely.
