Unbound Table
Unbound is an elemental design, crafted entirely from sustainable European Oak and held together solely by the precise geometry of interlocking joinery.
Design Process
Design Brief
The Unbound Table involves designing and fabricating a high-end, versatile table crafted from European Oak, finished with a 20% sheen black natural dye, and featuring double D-shaped edges. The design is deliberately adaptable, serving equally well as a sophisticated home dining table or a sleek office table.
To maximize sustainability and structural integrity, the piece relies on a clever interlocking joinery system that eliminates or minimizes the use of adhesives. The tabletop is constructed in three distinct pieces, which integrate seamlessly with contrasting brass legs to deliver a refined, practical, and highly functional furniture piece.

Unbound Product Family
The Unbound Table introduces a cohesive material framework designed for cross-product adaptability, beginning with the upcoming Unbound Lamp. This collection will continue to expand by extracting and refining high-potential concepts from my initial design archives. Future iterations will prioritize advanced material sustainability and longevity—specifically targeting stain-resistant finishes, regenerative natural materials, and repurposed post-consumer composites.
